Every Year, Sundar Yogashala welcomes the New Year Day with a free Yoga session for our community to understand learn about Ashtang Yog- the traditional way. We keep it gentle and practice- Breathing, Asanas, Relaxation, Meditation. We discuss sutras (verses- teaching) from Traditional Yog.
